BSD milling is a family run business committed to forest conservation and timber recovery.

Embracing an eco-friendly ethos, we repurpose waste timber from decommissioned sites, projects, and timber destined for landfill.

Our aim is to revitalise the timber industry through our resource recovery program, providing otherwise unwanted timber to the community and beyond for a variety of different projects.

BSD aligns with the WA Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Strategy 2030, one of our goals is to prevent high grade timber entering waste streams where there is no option for second life.

We produce all dimensional timbers, including but not limited to exposed beams for your dream build, aesthetic pieces for a fun home project, furniture and flooring timbers, or commissioned milling for larger scale developments of many kinds.

BSD comes from a fourth-generation wood industry family, Brad's passion for woodwork flourished from exposure to his family's love for the Forest.

His appreciation for the beauty of our country has led Brad into conservation within the milling industry.

Demand for quality hardwood remains strong; however, with increased protections for our natural resources, responsibly sourced hardwood is becoming more difficult to obtain.

BSD Milling helps bridge this gap by recovering suitable logs that would otherwise be burnt, chipped or discarded, transforming them into valuable timber for future projects in a sustainable and environmentally responsible way.
